  • Transit Time: After processing, deliveries usually take 5–9 working days.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 pm GMT will be processed the same day.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order within 6–12 working days (Monday to Friday).

2. Shipping Information

  • Shipping Method: We offer standard delivery within the United Kingdom.
  • Shipping Costs: We provide free delivery on all orders.
  • Delivery Address: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details to avoid delays.

3. Order Changes

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase. Taylor & Bennett is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your details before dispatch, please contact us at support@taylorandbennett.com. Additional fees may apply for address changes after dispatch

8. Refused, unaccepted, or uncollected parcels

If a parcel is refused, not accepted upon delivery, or remains uncollected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of £15 from the refund. This fee covers the shipping and handling costs incurred.

9. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5–9 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–12 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Origin: Please note that all orders are dispatched directly from our warehouses outside of the United Kingdom. The estimated delivery times provided take this international shipping into account.
