We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No hidden fees or surprises at checkout. What you see is what you pay!

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, we ship it via our free shipping service, which typically takes 5–9 business days to reach your destination.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number. You can check your delivery status at any time on our Track Order page by entering your order number.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.

Yes, some exceptions apply, including partial refunds for used, damaged, or items not in their original condition.

Please email us at support@taylorandbennett.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll sort out a replacement or refund for you right away.
